Live TV Guide not showing proper channels when switching between plex servers

I have two Plex Media Servers, one in New York with HD Homerun Prime (FIOS) and one in Missouri with 2 HD Homerun Quad tuners (OTA).

The PMS DVR in New York has over 100 channels enabled. The PMS DVR in Missouri has only 20 channels enabled.

When I go to Live TV and view the Guide in Missouri, it shows the correct channels listing. When I switch to the other PMS in NY, the channels listing does not change. It still shows the 20 channels that are here in Missouri.

The only way that I found to force the guide to show the proper channels for the New York is to change the Guide view to show HD channels only and then go back to All Channels.

At this point, if I switch back to the Missouri servers, the channels remain on the New York guide.

This happens no matter what app I use, web app in browser, Plex Media Player, Plex console on PMS, Plex TV app,

After getting updates for both Plex Media Servers and the Plex for Android app, this issue remains.

Plex Media Server is now running Version 1.16.0.1226
Plex Media Player for Windows is now running Version 2.35.1.986

I found another work around and that is to switch servers and then restart the Media player. At this point, it will display the correct channels in the guide for that server.

This issue appears to be resolved now after latest Plex Media Server Update.

I am now running Plex Media Server Version 1.16.1.1291
and Plex Media Player for Windows Version 2.36.0.988
