My issue is in Plex Web once I favorite a channel I cannot get back to the main guide to favorite more channels. I try clicking on the Filter button but it only shows 1 item to choose and it just pulls up my favorite channel. Plex Web local is missing the top bar that lets you switch.
As soon as you select a favorite the FAVORITES category is added to the category bar, your server will now move one to the right. Just click on it to show all the channels.
To get the most up to date features of the web app use https://app.plex.tv/web .
How can I update my local web to the latest version?? I don’t want to use app.plex.tv
Not sure the best way to answer that. You have to wait for Plex to push it out with the server upgrade. In this case it isn’t that far behind because they just introduced Editions so the local bundle was updated.
