Live TV just gives me unable to tune for every channel and DVR gives transcoder errors

Everytime I try to watch I keep getting unable to tune and restarting Plex or the server doesn’t change anything, also the DVR keeps giving me Transcoder errors. The Plex Server is meant to replace my aging Tivo box that is about to be desupported and is expensive to replace.

Well, since no replies, I tried to use HDHomerun DVR and had the same issue. After working with SiliconDust support for the last week, I discovered the problem was with my Netgear WNDR4500 in AP mode. The WNDR4500 was blocking RTP port 5004 and I was unable to unblock so I rerouted my network to no longer have everything going through the WNDR4500 and just have it as a standalone node on my network. That fixed live tv and dvr, but now when I try to play the recorded show the app just buffers forever. Well more research.
