Live tv no longer works with from all user profiles except admin

I updated my server to latest version and now all profiles except the “primary admin user” fails to load “live tv and dvr” from the menu in Plex clients on multiple types of FireTV devices. You can click on “Live tv” on the left menu, but it just shows a spinning circle then says “Opps, something failed.”

Each profile is enabled to access Live TV and DVR in profile settings-> Restrictions. These profiles did work before updating server.

When changing to the primary admin user in the clients then the Recommended and Guide tabs load when selecting “Live TV” from the left menu.

Attached is the server log, no verbose. Please help Plex Support !!! We cut the cord and now my family is relying on Live TV to “just keep working”.
