My father, who is currently connecting to my Plex server remotely, cannot watch live TV this morning, he can still watch movies and TV shows, I’m running an HD home run prime and he watches daily with no issues, he’s the only one of my users that does. Testing my own profile I can watch TV just fine locally, but I also have the same issue he is seeing when I access his profile locally, I can access the guide, but when I click on a channel it’s just a spinning icon. I’ve reset the server, and tested on multiple mobile devices and TV’s. I tried removing his live TV access and re-adding. Testing every profile, they can all watch live TV locally or remotely, but his. I’ve posted the error I’m seeing in the console. For now I’m just having him watch on another user account, which works fine. The first photo shows the error and the second shows the request immediately before it. How is this issue only impacting one user? Any thoughts? Thanks!
