Live TV not available on compatable smart tv?

Morning all.

Apologies if I’m overlooking something simple here, but I just figured I’d ask. I can see the live tv and guide on my devices, all except the smart tv. Looking at the requirements it states that my smart tv “should” be compatible, but there’s no sign of it in the app. Any idea?

Supported Apps

The following Plex player apps can access Live TV on Plex content:

  • Amazon Fire TV (v8.3.1 or newer)
  • Android mobile (v8.3.1 or newer)
  • Android TV (v8.3.1 or newer)
  • Apple TV (v7.3.1 or newer)
  • iOS (v7.3.1 or newer)
  • Plex Web App (v4.38.2 or newer)
  • Roku (v6.6.5 or newer)
