Has anyone had this issue? Using live television with an HD Homerun and antenna, I get all of my locals except one through the HD Homerun app. In Plex, however, I have two of the main networks (viewable through the HD Homerun app) that don’t work and I can’t view them.
How about some screenshots?
- Go to my.hdhomerun.com to show the devices you have and the version of the firmware
- Cick on the device name to take you to the homepage of the device. Now click on Channel lineup and show the channels that are present in the Hdhomerun, but are missing in Plex.
- Go to Settings and show the version of Plex you are running
- Go to Settings in Plex and show the channel lineup and the gap where the missing channels should be.
As a starting point, that would help.
I have the same issue. HDHomerun app lists 28 channels and Plex lists 26. I checked the DVR device settings and it said 26/28 were enabled. I clicked the link and opened the channel details dialog. There was an exact match for one, not sure why it wasn’t selected. I was able to manually enable it. For the second, since there isn’t a match for guide data, I cannot enable it.
