Hello!
I have Plex running on a Nvidia Shield as the server. I have a HD Homerun Extend tuner hooked up to an antenna and also to my Shield. I know that the HD Homerun and antenna are working because when I use the HD Homerun’s app on my Shield, I can watch live TV. However, I cannot get Plex to work with my set up. I set up the DVR in Plex. It recognized the HD Homerun. I installed the channel guide, etc., and that all worked. But when it comes time to watch a program or to record something, it doesn’t work. Specifically, for ex., if I click on a program in the guide to start watching, it will try to tune it for a few seconds and then it will say “Playback Error Cannot Tune Channel” I’ve deleted and re-set up my DVR 4 times and that has not solved the problem. I have a Plex Pass, so that’s not an issue. I’m not super tech savvy with this stuff so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or if this is a known issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
