Live TV not working properly

If I want to watch live tv the channels work sometimes and sometimes not (channel not on air). Same with recording. There are no rules witch channels work and witch not and sometimes it changes during a day. Adding the tuner to Plex and channel mapping is no problem. Before version 1.16. everything worked great.

Any ideas?

In VLC this URLS work great.

Using the iPhone Plex app live TV shows the guide but just gives the code 5000 error whenever I try to watch anything.

It seems from these forums to be a common Plex problem without a solution.
