i cant understand this… my guide works. my recordings always work. however live tv does not work. i cant understand how this can happen. all the channels show as being strong but no live tv is possible - all i see is “Playback Error - This live TV session has ended”. when i originally setup plex a few months ago it did work and ive changed nothing. any advice much appreciated.

And server logs that cover the time you have the problem.
server and player are both latest version from play store. tuner is haupage wintv dual hd. i reinstalled everything yesterday - guide is uk guide. xmltv? i dont understand what this is or how i find out the info. channel number? no channels show live tv yet all channels record.

The same thing happened to my config as well, except I can’t even record.
I have the latest Plex server and player, doesn’t work on Android, Windows, web at all.
I have Hauppauge WinTv SoloHD, EPG is fine, but I get error message, channel can’t be tuned. Yesterday some channels were partially, randomly working with the same config, today it doesn’t work at all!
I can’t accept how can be a totally unstable software released! I’m demanding prompt solution!

I am having the same issue with firestick not working:
Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645 (failed prior to this update as well)
Player Version#: 7.30.2.16712 (Amazon Fire 4k)
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun PRIME (20200225) (failed before this firmware update also)
Guide/Lineup name: Verizon Fios
Using XMLTV?: unknown
Channel number/Name: all/any
NOTE: recording, apple, android phone, pc all work fine
