I recently upgraded my Unraid hardware (everything completely new) and am having trouble with the Live TV function of Plex (Docker). It was installed with via the Community Applications plugin. I can’t access the guide or channels via the Android client. I can view the guide via WebUI, but when I click on something, I get “there was an error loading channels”. I am wondering if it is a network issue, as my new server has 2 network adapters. I’m NOT a networking genius, but in the Docker tab, all the IP/port mappings are for the correct network and same IP as I use to access Unraid with. I am able to playback TV shows (from hard drive) that I added to test on both Android and through the WebUI. In WebUI I can refresh the guide and it appears to finish correctly. I tried removing the “dvr” and recreating it, but it still doesn’t work. I even tried the factory reset option in Plex as well as deleting the Docker and reinstalling. As another test, I installed PMS on a windows machine and it works fine there. Not sure if that really proves much though. I downloaded the log and database, not sure where to put those though?
