Getting crazy over this issue. PMS is on Unraid server. Live TV and DVR when I set them up works perfectly and then after a couple weeks they just stop working. Still can see guide but I can not tune any channel. All my DVR scheduled recordings are red. Tried all clients (windows pc, nvidia shield, android phone) all same result.
Normally I can delete tuner and re-add and everything is back running.
I can watch live tv from hdhomerun app so tuner is working !!!
Your Plex instance is reporting internet connectivity lost and then restored a couple times per minute:

I also see it “discover” your HDHR tuner a couple times. It isn’t setting recordings because it thinks your tuner can’t tune (or isn’t configured to tune) the needed channels:

There are also a lot of curl connection errors. Is the networking on this server stable?
