For some reason the Live TV doesn’t work on my Synology DS1019+. I’m at a loss for a fix. It works perfectly on my iPad and my iPhone. I’ve tried disabling my Synology firewall but that hasn’t helped. Any ideas as to what may be the issue?
When you say you try to play it on the Synology… do you refer to the Plex Web app? I’m struggling a bit, placing the “player version” you’ve given in your post (5.2.0).
When I try to play live tv on my LG television it doesn’t work. All I get is a spinning circle. Web hows and Podcasts just say retry connection. Sorry if the version number isn’t correct. There are several different numbers that belong to the Plex app on my tv; Client Version 5.10.0 and Platform Version 5.2.0. And the plex app on the Synology is version 1.21.4.4079-1b7748a7b with the web player version showing 4.5.1.3.
Is this about watching live tv from a connected tv tuner / DVR or the free live tv streaming?

The free live streaming. I don’t plan to actually use it but I’d like it work.
