Live TV on TCL Roku TV suffering performance issues/bug? after latest server install

After installing the latest server build the live tv in the Roku app has gone completely bonkers.

On the server side, I had to re-enable my settings (skip commercials, enhanced guide) but everything seemed fine. Then I went to my Roku app and the Live TV had moved to the bottom of the screen. No biggie, but when I opened the guide all the icons (tv/menu/main Plex icon) started flashing and the UI became incredibly sluggish. If I move off the live tv section it works fine.

On the iOS side, when I navigate to live TV it now shows it is currently unavailable and to check my connection.

The guide shows up and tv plays fine in the web abb (chrome).

I cannot speak for the iOS, but I have added that tag (including Roku) to the topic for better visibility from those teams.
