Thank for the new app its nice. But i have a very big bug. Live TV not working anymore on iOS. Still working on older app.

Of course i put streaming quality to maximum as usual.
Also its still working on older iOS app, FireTV or Apple TV or Plex app on MacOS. Only problem with new iOS app

I’m having a similar issue, but I can view the channels, just the guide date just shows the Channel logo or shows “Unknown Airing” only on the updated ios app. Live TV with the correct guide info works on the Roku and Apple TV app. I’m hoping this will get fixed soon.
Live TV not working after updating server and new plex iOS app on iPhone. Server Version 1.41.6.9685, iOS app version 2025.11.1. TV guide is present but all blank. Live TV screen shows like it is spinning but nothing comes on. Plex really need to allow us to go back to the old app when things are still not working.
Same issue after latest update
The same. Live TV DVR works great on the Apple TV app (please, Plex, don’t break it with the updates!), however on the latest iOS and iPadOS apps it doesn’t work at all (channels are not starting/not playing, however the EPG works fine and channels appears except the logos for some reason).
It also doesn’t work normally using a web player on iOS device. Sometimes it starts the live stream after long delay, but it always transcodes the video to 720p (even it should be HD without transcoding and server is set to not downscale the quality). When using Live TV DVR on mac Safari browser, it works, but it has some hickup/delay at the start of play for some 3-8 sec for some reason.
As I mentioned - none of these isuses are on the current Apple TV Plex app, so clearly this is related to the latest updates for iOS and web players - please, Plex, fix that asap.
Live TV not working for me either and now I get an error tell me to close the app and try again!!! Live TV works in Safari, just the iOS and Android apps are broken…Please fix it!!!
