Live TV on Xbox One Doesn't work

I have been having problems with Live TV on the Xbox One app for as long as it has been available. It will generally play for about 5-10mins and then it will buffer forever. All other media types (movies, shows, recorded TV, etc.) plays just fine on the Xbox at Max 1080p quality. Only have issues with the live TV and only with the Xbox One (my other devices play live TV just fine at 720 4mbps)

At first I thought it might be a Trascoding issue, but I have tried every available setting option with no difference in performance and my server CPU usage never gets above 50%. I have also tried dropping the video quality to see if that was the issue with no change. Network and throughput are not an issue as server, Xbox, and HDHomeRun Prime are all directly connect via gigabit router.

I have downloaded the HDHomeRun app for the Xbox and everything works PERFECTLY! This leads me to believe that the problem is purely with the Plex App for the Xbox One. Can we please get a solution for this.

Equipment:
Xbox One app version 2.11.0.70
HDHomeRun Prime tuner
Plex server - Windows 10 4th gen i7 with 10gigs RAM.

There is currently a known platform bug on the Xbox One that can send a playback stream into a infinite buffer loop. Microsoft has released a patch for this to the alpha testing ring, but has not made it full available yet.

This update has been pushed out to my Xbox and it did improve the length of time the device will go before buffering forever, but the Xbox still struggles with live TV. Really hoping this all will be fixed when Plex allows for direct stream for live TV. Like I said originally the HDHomeRun App works flawlessly all the time so it has to be something to with Trascoding or some other play back issue within the app.
