I was watching the Dallas Mavericks vs GS Warriors tonight on OTA ABC channel and the Plex Media Server was pixelating the entire game. It was unwatchable at times. I am using a HDHomeRun 4K and went directly to the HDHomeRun app without any pixelation. It was perfect. I’m running my PMS on an i5-6500 Quadro P2000 16GB DDR4 Windows 10 machine. I was watching in Fire TV 4K Stick on a 4K TV. I can stream 50+GB 4K streams with no glitches. Not sure what the problem is? Very frustrating. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
@rmoran99 I see instead of the Plex employee helping you he close to your duplicate post and didn’t reply to this one. Common issue of no support. I would try a different client device as Plex has always been problematic on the fire stick 4K. Works perfect on Emby but Plex seems like they just can’t get it right. If you have a Roku or even a smartphone you can try it on there and report back. That’ll narrow it down to just being an app issue.

Also if you don’t mind changing it from General General discussion to live tv as the employee closed the post in live TV which is the correct spot. All you have to do is click on edit at the top and you can change it from there. If you can’t find it it’s fine.
I noticed that too. They didn’t reply to the other one. I’m a lifetime PlexPass member and feel like I’m getting the shaft a bit.

Yeah it’s not just you. I reached out to the CEO to let him know my feelings about this whole situation haha. I wish they were a little more involved with there fan base. The fire stick issues been going on for a long time now.
