This applies to the Chromecast With Google TV. I have multiple CCwGTV devices around the house, most of them forced to the 9.14 version due to Live TV breaking in 9.15.
I can see that 9.17 has been released and this fixed the main Live TV issue.
However, I have found that I can watch Live TV fine - but if I hit “back” on the Google remote to return the guide, the live preview becomes a jittering mess.
If I then load up that channel, the Live TV is still the jittering mess. I can exit Plex, restart and it’s fine again.

00:22 I return to the Live TV view, it’s just as buggy as the preview video
The channel in question was a Direct Stream: 480i (MPEG2VIDEO), English (MP2 Stereo).
NOTE: 9.14 doesn’t have this issue.
