Live TV Region Support for Hungary

Hi,
I’m very satisfied with plex, would have some questions though.
At the moment there is no support for the region Hungary in the Live TV.
Do you already have plans to implement it?

Right now I’m experimenting with other regions to be able to use the feature. So far with mixed results.
DVB-T is working fine with region Austria with a custom xmltv EPG.
DVB-C is working almost well with region Romania, but some channels are not recognized.

If it is of any help to you I would gladly assist with information or whatever I can to make this region supported. Just tell me what is missing.

I’m using a Hauppauge winTV-dualHD usb receiver on Ubuntu.

Thanks

Hi,

I’d also be happy to have Hungary in the country list. I can provide a DVB-C transponder list or a working channels.conf for Linux DVB stack - I’d like to use DVB-C with Plex sooner than later.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel

First thank for your work!

When will you implement it? Is it possible to implement it? I use DVB-S2 Tuner.

Hi.
Is it possible to use the block-building’s central antenna (cableTV antenna) for Plex LiveTV, or it is necessary to buy an indoor antenna?

Would be nice to get a comment on this from Plex.

Dear Plex Team, pleae respond. Thanx for the effort.

+1. I’m waiting to the solution too!

I think Plex has a bottom limit of a country size, and Hungary is under of it… I don’t understand why can’t hear us.

Vbox DVB-C DIGI HUNGARY

Looks like plex support can take the time to delete posts without a notice from this topic.
But are unwilling to give an official response…
Shame on you

Moved topic to feature suggestions to be able to vote it up

Yes, exactely what I noticed too. They deleted most of my comment. None of them are hurtful. I agree with that. Shame on you PLEX…
