My live TV just all of a sudden stopped working outside my network. I checked remote access is it’s green. Not sure what is happening. Please help

I’ve had this happen before, all it took for me was to unplug the HdHomerun and P.C. running plex, and it was fixed. Maybe another fix would be to re-install plex media server.
