Is it possible to add live stream tv to plex? so i can add the tv channel that stream at internet to watch directly on plex instead browsing to the web? like used to the old pluging TVALACARTA ?

There’s no such option in Plex‘ live tv streaming. From what I understand this is mainly because all those channels have to be properly licensed.
Streams being publicly available to private persons doesn’t mean a company (e.g. Plex) can simply distribute them or publish them in their own catalogue.
