In the past day or two, I am receiving lots of errors when trying to watch live TV. I click on a program, I wait for about 15 seconds, then I get a message saying “Unable to tune channel (Timed Out)”. Once this message appears, I am unable to watch anymore programs, unless I restart PMS. Occasionally, it will show the program, but when closing the program and starting another, the issue will arise.
Configuration:
PMS Version 1.12.0.4829 (Ubuntu 16.04)
PMP Version 3.37.2 (Windows 10)
DVR: WinTV-DualHD
Other users seem to suggest this is due to the latest PMS version (1.12.0.4829). I must say that the issue has only arisen since I updated to this version.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Update 1:
I have tested this on my Android devices (phone and tablet), and I can watch live TV fine, changing programs causes no issue. The Android Plex version is 6.14.1. This would suggest it isn’t the PMS with the issue, but the Windows Plex Media Player (Version 3.37.2).
Update 2:
I have just installed the thick client (exe) of the Windows 10 Plex Media Player (also Version 3.37.2) and receive a similar issue as with the web browser (Version 3.37.2). Although this time the error message is states “Unable to tune channel (No parts)”.

I have tested this on Windows 10 using IE and Chrome, for the web player, and the same problem exists when trying to watch live TV.
