Increasingly, I am getting the “Live TV is Unavailable” error message when attempting to tune into channels under Program Guide. I still have HDHR Fling installed as a channel, and for each live channel that Program Guide indicates that it cannot load, HDHR Fling fires them up with no problems.
Sometimes, I can “trick” it by tuning into a different channel that loads, and then go back to the previous channel that didn’t load originally and it works. But as of late, this isn’t working out quite so well.
My Plex server is running on a WIndows 7 Professional PC with an Intel Core i5 @ 3.40GHz with 8GB RAM. My tuner is a HD HomeRun Extend, and I view Pleax content via a TCL Roku TV and an Insignia Roku TV.
As a “just in case” measure, I created a batch file to reboot my HD HomeRun turner, and use Task Scheduler to reboot it automatically 2 nights a week.
Program Guide does work, it just doesn’t seem to be working as good as it did when first launched.
Any tips, tricks, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
just found this morning the cable was plugged into the wrong connector on the TV card. Must of done it wile I was adding another hard drive on Saturday. :# :*
