Hey guys,
when I watch Live TV (Direct Play) using the Android App, the aspect ratio of SD channels is wrong (4:3 instead of 16:9). Plex says the stream is in 576p, which should be wrong? Anyway, if I change the quality (e.g. to 480p) and Plex starts transcoding, the video is played in 16:9. This problem only occurs when watching SD channels via Direct Play in the Android App. HD channels work without any problems. Using Plex Web everything (SD and HD) is all right.
I’m using Tvheadend as source (via tvhProxy) for IPTV provided by Telekom Entertain. Both servers are running on my Synology DS918+.
Any ideas what I could do?
