Live TV will not start, just spinning, Linux Server

I’m trying to watch live TV and it just spins and spins but never displays anything. I have a ramdisk setup for transcoding and am able to see the transcode files being generated. I am also unable to record, it says an unknown error occurred. There are no errors in the logs that I’m able to find. I’m using Antenna and signal strength is 80% or higher on all channels. Please help me. I’m stuck…

Update. It works fine on my iPhone XS Max and using FireFox and Chromium.

It does not start streaming in Chrome browser… Is there some setting in Chrome for Linux (Debian) that affects streaming Live TV from plex?
