All Live TV channels just spin, won't start

Server: Version 1.22.2.4282 on Linux Mint 20.1
Plex Web: Version 4.55.0
Android TV: 8.16.0.24298 on nVidia Shield (2017)

I just enabled Live TV for the first time, and I can’t get it to work in Plex Web or Android-TV. In Plex Web, the guide shows up all right, but attempting to launch any channel just shows the spinner forever. On the Shield, accessing the Live TV item on the sidebar shows “An error has occurred, please try again later.”

I’ve found a lot of unanswered reports of this in the forums. I’ve tried the steps that were suggested in a few that were answered, but nothing has worked.

I have rebooted both the server and the Shield.
Live TV streaming works fine on my Roku 3.

Would need the player app logs. Server has nothing to do with Live TV. Android logs are probably easiest to get.

Here are the Shield logs. Are logs for Plex Web not included in the bundle above?

They are not. Only server logs there. Thanks for shield logs
