I had Live TV working great with my HDHomeRun for months but in the last week or so it has stopped working.
When I tap on a show in the program guide (iOS for example) the show opens and it attempts to start playing… The circle spins for a bit and then it drops back to the show page with the play button.
If I check the Plex Tuner Service.log, I see the following about drv_file.ini not existing… not sure if thats related…

also this snippet from the Plex Media Server.log where it appears to start and then terminate the stream first mysteriously and the second time with “Client Stopped Playback” which I didnt do.

I have deleted and re-added the tuner multiple time to no avail. Hope someone has a suggestion.
