Live TV, xTeVe and split tunnel VPN - windows 10

running Windows 10 and I have xTeVe (exe, not docker version) for some streams which is working fine - eventually
I would for geo reasons like to run the streams over a VPN, but need to leave the server available on the normal local IP address for existing services
I have 2 NIC’s so can do split tunnelling, but not sure how I could tell it to route all streaming over the VPN and everything else over the normal link,
Part of me thinks to tell the VPN client to configure it at the app level, but on lookng at xTeVe I see it normally passes through so suspect that rule may not work.

any ideas / suggestions ?
