Live TV is currently restricted to viewing on iOS and Android TV devices, and only for the Admin account. So you can’t give other users access to Live TV from your server unless you want to give out your Admin account credentials.

You might be able to with an android-x86 Android-TV emulator. It’s not the easiest to set up, and I’m not really sure how it would perform.
This is pretty disappointing for me - I didn’t 100% read the post (went about as far as “WATCH TV ANYWHERE” lol) before rushing out to buy a tuner and re-activating my plexpass.
