Cannot get live tv on smart lg, it’s already apart of program
Live TV requires a Plex Pass and a supported tuner accessible by your server.

I downloaded to computer but still nothing
Do you have Plex Pass (subscription to Plex)?
Do you have a supported tuner (see link in above post)? It will NOT work with your TV tuner, you will need a separate one.
