LiveTV XML no longer exists and bricks management interface

OS: Ubuntu Server 18.04
Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
Player Version#: N/A
Tuner Make/Model: xteve and dizqueTV and locast2tuner (this is the issue)
Guide/Lineup name: N/A
Using XMLTV?: Yes
Channel number/Name: N/A

When I attempt to load the Live TV and DVR management interface, it fails to load because one of my services (locast2tuner) has stopped working and will not provide an xml file. It’s ironic because I was simply attempting to get in here to remove it since locast no longer exists, but I cannot even see the interface to adjust my settings.

The error that I get that is directly related to this is:

EPG[tv.plex.providers.epg.xmltv]: error -7; failed to download XMLTV data at http://192.168.1.150:6077/epg.xml

If I could get a location to where this is trying to be pulled from in linux, I would be able to remove it, but I have not had success in doing so. Anyone else have this issue, or is able to help me resolve it?

Are you trying with the Plex hosted interface? (https://app.plex.tv/web)

You can try shutting down the Plex server and deleting the 3 tv.plex.providers.epg.cloud* files, start Plex and immediately try to delete the tuner.

Only other way is to shut down Plex and use the SQLITE to remove entries from the media_provider_resources table.

Was really hoping this wouldn’t be the solution.

I have tried shutting it down, deleting those files, and restarting with no success. I’ll run a quick query and hopefully that’ll fix it.

All of this being said, this should be an easy solution for the devs to resolve; have a quick screen that says “We couldn’t find these epg files. Please remove or fix them” or something like that…a simple check will show they either don’t exist or are poorly formed xml.
