Local access for PMS not working

I have PMS installed on Windows 11. Plex launches from http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/, but will not launch from any browser on the LAN. All tests are from the same subnet (192.168.1.0/24). Tried using the http://PMS-IP:32400/web/ and using the netbios name. Always get a time out site can’t be reached. All devices are hardwired. Checked netstat and see port 32400 is listening.

Outside routing works but LAN never works.

Tried:

  1. Disable firewalls on both ends (PMS, Client) at the same time.
  2. Turned off AiProtection (Asus RT-AX86S router).
  3. Uninstall/reinstalled PMS.

Am able to ping the PMS IP and connect to other services, (RDP, SMB).

Any thoughts?

You need to turn on debug logging. There isn’t any useful info on your logs.

Edit - Enable the setting, restart PMS, grab new logs.
