When streaming from server on LAN home network, buffers every few seconds on all devices - fire stick 4K, iOS devices, etc. Streaming remotely is no problem as long as I have good bandwidth from WiFi or cellular. Seems to have just started doing this when I lost power in the middle of watching movie. Still could be a problem with latest version of PMS but I find it odd that it started doing this after power came back on. I have rebooted all devices on client and server side.
Seems if there were a hardware problem then remote streaming would buffer as well.
Any advice would be appreciated.
