Local media not able to use or view or download or OTA

Not able to view files or OTA or download any local media over cell. Lan works correctly. app.plex.tv browser works. Disabled adguard no improvement.

Error Occurred. Server error, retry close.

Many web reports also on this. Prior app worked correctly.

those are logs from the web app not the mobile app.

You have verbose logging enabled on your server. Disable it then reproduce whatever you are experiencing again and then grab the server logs and the logs from the app on your phone if that is what you are having issue on. ( mobile logs are in the “ABout” settings)

I had my server logs attached as zip. The setting for verbose was not checked.
I’ll try to get app logs next.

We need them covering the same time frame. That is why I am asking for them again.

these should not be in the log if it is not enabled.

I am talking about this setting, not the drop down for web app settings.

These users seem to suggest downlevel the app is only cure.

I’m getting the same error on android. My wife is getting a more in depth error on her IPad. It says something about My Cloud TV has no base uri, status:not connected. It plays fine on the home network.

Guess I should have down leveled .

I’m having the same issue now in my Galaxy Tablet :face_with_steam_from_nose:

It’s getting worse.
