1 - You are running an older version of Plex Media Server. I would suggest upgrading to the latest version.
2 - Your log has 3 seconds of info. There’s nothing in there to help explain what is going on. did you just restart PMS and grab the log right away?
3 - IF you are having trouble connecting from a client, it is best to provide logs from that client too. For the Shield I’ll need to see the Android logs.

Edit2: updating PMS to the latest version, resolved my issue… weird thing is that the ‘check for updates’ bar was greyed out for me… after manually updating, I can finally enjoy my content on the big screen again. deleted my logs because I think I was oversharing…
