Local Metadata Is Not Used When Scrobbling TIDAL Tracks Added to Local Library

When TIDAL tracks that have been added to my local library are scrobbled to Last.fm, the track metadata from TIDAL is used over the local metadata I have for the track in my library. (This also occurs when using a webhook to report to ListenBrainz, but it actually record both entries – 1 with the local metadata and 1 with the TIDAL metadata).

This has been the case for years, but I’m still hopeful it can be fixed if I report it enough.

I have the following track just named “Bella Donna” in my local library, but you can see it used the metadata from TIDAL:

So, another issue that may be related. Most of the time, I’m getting duplicate scrobbles to ListenBrainz when TIDAL content that has been added to my library is played.
