Local Network Access Failure -

I recently encountered a problem with my Plex desktop app and server. After having to reinstall Plex Server and app - issue was beyond me, I encountered a playback problem.

I have Plex Server on a separate machine in my house - with the plex app on the same machine.

I then have the Plex app on my laptop and phone. Prior to any issues, both devices could access the server perfectly fine.

Now I can only access the server on my local network when remote access is enabled - nothing is linked to an external IP for remote watching. I say access because the media will show up, but any time I want to play a movie or series I get the “Remote Watch Pass” pop up. I don’t understand why that would happen if I’m accessing it from the local network.

When I disable remote access the media disappears from the app saying the server is unavailable. I am completely baffled.
