Hello! I am new to the forum so I’m not sure if I have included enough information but basically my problem is that whenever I turn on remote access, all of my devices can only play a couple of my most recently added movies until it buffers a few seconds in and can not play the rest. As soon as I scroll down to try and select another movie, none load. When I turn off remote access, all of my local films work as expected with no problems with buffering or loading. When I try to access the server remotely with remote access turned on, it works perfectly. I have tested this out with my phone on the local network and 2 different fire TVs, one out of my house, and one in. The only way I can watch movies locally with remote access turned on is with the plex media player desktop app on the desktop I run plex on, but the web client does not work. Is there any idea why I could be experiencing this problem?
