No remote access error and Buffering dead end

I have installed the Plex server on Windows Laptop and streaming the files in my Laptop in my Mi TV box. Sometimes I am able to stream it. But, sometimes an error pops up saying ‘No remote access’ . But, once I open Plex in my Laptop browser again and refresh everything and all. It comes back. Recently, when I was watching a movie suddenly it started buffering and it wasn’t playing back again at all. I had to switch off and on my TV again to play it. But, then again I faced the issue few minutes later.

Is there any solution for this?
