Which agent are you using for this tv show library? Did you refresh the show’s metadata after adding the files? Side note: don’t mix the inline and subfolder naming schemas. If you place the trailers in a subfolder, there’s no need to add the -trailer suffix.

I’m using the Plex Series agent. And yes, I refreshed the show’s metadata.

Is the trailer option on your Apple TV by any chance listed in the show’s context menu (...) or are the trailers listed below the season (as other local/online extras should)?

For movies, I have a button next to the Play button (same as the UI on web from my previous screenshot) that play the Trailer 1, other trailers are available in the Extra section below.
