I am currently getting this issue described in the linked support article. Signing out then signing back in does fix the issue but i am getting the issue every day and sometimes multiple times a day. it didn’t start happening till the latest update. i have tried doing a fresh install of plex but didn’t seem to fix the issue. No other servers are listed under authorised devices besides my main server. Only 3rd party app i am running is tautulli but issue happens even when tautulli isn’t running.
Use app.plex.tv instead
While that is a solution and I know I’m being pedantic… I was kinda hoping for a solution to fix the local web ui as i have a couple of users that are old school and don’t wanna change their bookmarks/prefill url’s etc.

You can’t fix it. You’ll have to wait for a new server update to bring eventually an update for the local web app.
