Locally synced playlists do not show up

I have playlists of my music synced to my android device, so that when I am out of the house or without internet I can still listen to my music. So far this has worked great, but starting around the end of last year the playlists are not displayed any more.
It seems the music is still synced locally, however no playlists are displayed:

Just to be sure, I have erased the app and reinstaled it, and synced a few playlists. The songs are synced, I can access them offline, just not via the playlist. Quite a bummer.
I have that behaviour on two different android devices.
I am attaching the logs from one of the devices - for privacy reasons I have changed my email in the logs to my.name@gmail.com.

Honestly, I am a bit disappointed to not have gotten any reply within 5 days. After all, this most certainly looks like a bug, so I had hopes that someone from plex would be interested to get this fixed.

Anyway, should anyone else stumble across this: I am now using https://plexamp.com/. Its an app for plex that is specifically made to listen to music stored on a plex server. I have only used it a couple of hours, but so far it looks like its doing what it is supposed to do, and sync seems much faster. Also, the sync status is easier accessible. So if you get hit by the above problem, plexamp might be the solution.
