Since the latest android app update, I’ve been having two repeating problems syncing music playlists from my plex server (as of now, plex server is most recent available,on a Windows 10 computer) to my Android Device (version 4.4.2) in external memory (I did NOT have these problems with previous android app versions):
- When syncing music playlist, once syncing is complete, the playlist does NOT always appear in the playlist section of my android device, but the list does show as synced when viewing the sync status screen.
- Randomly, but usually within 2 to 3 days of syncing, the android app resets its syncing location to internal memory, making me lose my synced songs on external memory. I have to delete the app settings (from the Android application manager) in order to be able to change back to external memory, but I have to re-sync my content (very frustrating).
Anyone else experiencing this?
