Tried to reset password but never get reset link please help
Do you have hotmail? they are really aggressive at calling things spam. Check there are no Rules set up to move plex emails to trash or spam folders. ( which can make them auto delete)
I have my own 365 tenancy and my emails are set up on there so I can see if any emails get flagged or quarantined
