Hello, i want to reset my account password but i don’t get an email, i’m in a divorce so my brain is not working 100% atm

Did you check your “Spam” or “Irrelevant” folder(s)?
Yess checked every folder / map got nothing, is it on yours or is my mailprovider not working well
You appear to have marked earlier mail from plex.tv as spam.
So messaging to your address has been blocked.
It has now been unblocked, please try to start the password reset process again (only once, please).
