Password and email

Hi I have forgotten my password and the email I used does not exist anymore, So I can’t change the email as I need the password bit of a problem.
I have just bought a new server as well and want to install plex server on this but can’t without any log in details.
I am fully paid up on Plex pass for quite a few years now.
I used this free account to ask for help on here thanks.

Try contacting Plex through the billing form.
Look if you can provide some kind of evidence this is your account (I suppose they won’t just hand the account over to a new e-mail address as that’d be an easy target for attacks / account hijackers :wink: )
