Logging in to a new device. Server is visible when using a browser. Not on new device.
I have tried 100 different things. I don’t know what is going on. I finally found access to my old server, tried to login on my Shield TV, it’s a blank page saying “add your favourite sources”. Another tab is just loaded with all that free Plex streaming junk. I can see my server when I click “more.” but it has a a triangle with the exclamation mark .
So I added a new user (this one I’m on now), granted access, logged in on Chrome and I can see my server. Great. Back to plex, I use plex.tv/link to connect it to Shield TV and… it’s blank. The server name has triangle with the exclamation mark indicating it’s not working. None of my media is visible. Why???
Edit: I would also just add that when I clear data/cache and login fresh, it asks me to pick a server. SHield TV or my actual desktop server. I pick desktop and it says “The server is not current accessible. Are you sure you want to select it?” I do and it doesn’t work. The Shield TV server option does nothing, either. I tried this from both the admin account and the new user I created with permissions.

Shield continues to show the exclamation mark and none of my files from the same server / account I am signed in to.
