Logging in to Plex Does not require "Main User" or "Admin" pin

I use the managed users feature and I have noticed that when i first log in to the app through mobile/website it bypasses the admin pin and goes straight to the watch history of the admin.

However the second launch requires typing in the pin code to see the watch history again. Is this how it is or do i have something wrong set up.

When you use your ADMIN credentials(username/password/facebook/google to login for the first time you are using that and don’t need the PIN.
There is a setting that might force you to always require a PIN but it will not supersede the initial login a device(for the first time) cause your credentials IS your PIN(in a matter of speaking).

But again, this will not supersede the initial login. Afterall, at that point the “managed users” don’t exist yet in a loose sense of the word.
