No idea why but all of a sudden I keep getting an internal server error when trying to login to my account. I have the correct information when signing in. Please help.

I’m having the same issue with my account. I can’t login on any of my devices, and I keep getting verification emails saying that I did login even though I get the same Internal Server Error message.
I also have this problem, it just happened about some minutes ago.
I detected my TV asked me to login again…

Same here. Annoyingly some devices seemed ok but I tried to reset password and log out - now unable to log in. Why I need to log into Plex.tv instead of local devices I don’t know!
Possibly resolved. I was able to log in.
Appears to be fixed now. I can log in again.

@GuillotTV not sure which app you are trying to sign into but you might have to close and reopen it. I’m told this should be resolved

I have a different problem I tried to change my password today and now i am locked out of my plexpass account. This username i’m using right now is NOT MY normal account i had to create this account just to post a message.
Will an employee please contact me i believe my account may be locked out or something as I no longer receive the reset password link from plex.tv anymore therefore it’s impossible to reset my password. How do i get my real email address/username to an employee so they can unlock my account?
