When I signed up I (stupidly) used an old work email which I don’t have access to anymore. I have my password autosaved and can log in using my code but can’t reset my password which I don’t remember since emails go to the old one. Is there any way to get my email changed?
I also signed up for the Plex Pass trial and want to cancel before I’m charged on the 27th, but have written the billing team twice (using my current email as the respond-to email) with no response back. Not sure what else to do at this point since there’s no tech support. Don’t want to just cancel that card and risk having my account shut down.
I do, I can login and access my settings fine from the autosave, but to change my password or email it requires me to know my old one. To cancel the upcoming Plex Pass subscription also requires the password. 
I just looked a the email you sent to them and it was replied to on Thursday Feb 19th to your gmail account asking some verification info if you wanted to change the email.
They canceled the Remote Watch Pass renewal (it was not a Plex Pass)
If you have your password autosaved, can’t you reveal it from your browser settings?
That works in Firefox, but probably not in other browsers, like Edge etc.
I don’t use Edge but Chrome allows it.
